From the Jakob Nielsen’s AlertBox, the announcement of the 10 Best Intranets of 2009 study result.
In this announcement it is highlighted the fact of the usability and best practices in building and maintaining an Intranet. Another interesting fact is that there are fewer platforms on which these Intranets are built, and of these platforms Sharepoint is becoming the reference.
Personally I think that developing an Intranet is a most fulfilling process, because when it is well built, it should answer the organization needs in terms of information management and collaboration capability.
